Anglesea Clinic Urgent Care - Update to our Feedback & Complaints process

Anglesea Clinic is currently undergoing changes to our systems. These are designed to improve the experience for our patients.

Previously, if a patient wanted to provide feedback to us - a compliment, complaint or general feedback. This was done via a form filled in at Reception, alternatively they could phone or email our clinic. 

With our new website, we now have an electronic feedback form on the "feedback" page, where your comments will be sent through to our team to be reviewed. A reminder, we will respond to patient feedback within 5 working days, seeking to close, investigate or remedy within 10 working days. Your feedback is important to us as it helps ensure our patients needs are being met.
